The true stories of me

You know when you're grown up? Is when you have to worry about money.
This summer is going to be an expensive summer. I have to pay the rent
for my room in Ireland over the summer AND accommodation for housing
in Philly (I'm staying with my friend in NY...so thankfully...save on
money there).

Not to mention tuition for my attachment (only in NY
though of which I'm fortunate I don't have to pay in Philly cos its a
public school n thus do not extort money from innocent foreign medical
students). Some of my classmates wanna go to Harvard medical school
for their elective..and you know how much Harvard's charging em?? 2000
bucks!! And some other medical schools like Duke are charging 3000!

Anyway visa applications costs a bundle too.

Not to mention flights. Ka-ching!
All in 3 months! Feel guilty for
spending money like there's no tomorrow....

I swear I have such big plans when I start earning the money. Granted
I won't actually have any time as an intern to spend it...but
still...big plans.

Well, actually not really.

Just big plans in having
the money.

Some money at least.

Oh crap...I forgot..I have to pay off
my loans. Well, so much for spending the money that will go to pay off
my loans....

Big plans in making the money maybe?

On my movie marathon. Watched Knocked Up. With Katherine Heigl. The title is pretty self-explanatory. But it was actually surprisingly good. Very real relationship issues. Kinda scary really that everyone could fall into the trap of relationship boringness.

Katherine Heigl should do more movies.

But I still love her on TV.

Although Izzie on Grey's is getting a bit too screwed up.

I think I got so used to downloaded shows not having any ads that when
I actually get to watch tv..I get really annoyed that there are ads.
Some ads are even the topic of discussion sometimes..to which I'm clueless over
and then I start wishing I watch the ads.

But scrap that! I hate ads!

But I love Ugly Betty! I love America Ferrera. Didn't much like her in
Sisterhood of Travelling Pants though. But still. Ugly Betty rocks.
Very Devil wears Prada. Only every week. And more bitchy. And she
doesn't succumb to fashion. Yet.

Fashion bitches are the most bitchy bitches ever! Ever got glared down
cos you were dressed down?

I have!!

And it wasn't even really thaaat
down...so maybe my shoes and pants and jacket didn't match. Or I was
ruining a fab skirt with an awful top (I was cold ok? So i had to put
on the sweater over my tank top!) Which is why I love Malaysia. Cos
the weather would never hinder my fashion sense.

Or maybe I just don't have one.
